Baseball Express Empty Bucket With Padded Lid

Bought one last season. Stored in garage in offseason and went to get it out recently and I have two large cracks. My Home Depot buckets aren't cracked. Poor quality.

Very nice bucket. Seated top sort of hard to take off.

Originally bought 2 and they did not last long so bought 4 more a few months ago and all 4 of those are already broke now. One bad throw and they are done. Very expensive for the lifespan of these buckets and now the price increased by another $8 per bucket.
Please fix the quality of these ASAP. Now using Academy buckets that are better quality at half (now almost a third) of the price.

We've been long time customers of Team Express, and have always been happy with the products we've purchased. These buckets are of very poor quality.

It was evident Team Express used cheaper quality materials to create these buckets. We purchased 8 buckets for our teams for the baseball season. Within 2 weeks all 8 buckets were either cracking at the sides, or had holes in them from being hit with foul balls, or mis thrown balls during practice. Keep in mind the teams we were practicing with were with children who are 9-10 years old, so it's not as if someone fired a 90 mph throw across the diamond and put a hole in the bucket. Overall, we were very disappointed with this product. Don't think we'll be purchasing buckets, and feel reluctant when it comes to purchasing other products at this point from Team Express / Baseball Express.
