Great facemask for my youth 10U player. It's lightweight, yet durable and gives the needed protection for a pitcher or infielder. Previously used the steel Rip-It and Schutt masks; absolutely nothing bad to say about these either. Actually, my daughter prefers the Schutt molded chin piece better than the Champro. As most things in softball equipment, it's about what your player feels comfortable and confident with to enhance their performance.
